RETURNS and REFUNDS Policy

The customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt or collection of the package, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

In this case, if the customer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, contact Breizh Shopping by sending an e-mail to stephane-carrey@outlook.fr to inform him of this. The costs of returning the products will be the responsibility of the customer, who must send them by post in their original condition and complete, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice, to the following address:

The refund will be made by Breizh Shopping within a maximum of 15 days.

Please note that returns of products opened or whose packaging has been damaged will not be accepted. In addition, returns of cosmetic products, perfumes and food products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly will be refused in accordance with article L121-28 of the Consumer Code.

For textile products, they must not have been worn, with the exception of fittings. Returned products must be in perfect condition: any sign of visible use or deterioration (perfume, stains, missing labels on clothing, etc.) will result in the return being refused.

In addition, it should be noted that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance Items

It is also essential to specify that the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed by professionals, communities and associations.
